This State Law Privacy Notice is provided by Term Loans US LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as ("d/b/a") LendNest ("LendNest", "we", "us", or "our"). It supplements our Privacy Policy and provides additional disclosures required by specific state privacy laws. It applies to residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy legislation.
California Residents — CCPA / CPRA
Categories of personal information collected: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial information (business revenue, funding needs), financial information (credit score range, monthly revenue), internet activity (pages visited, device data), geolocation data (ZIP code, state).
Your California rights: right to know, right to delete, right to correct, right to opt out of sale/sharing, right to limit use of sensitive personal information, right to non-discrimination.
Data retention: we retain personal information for up to 36 months or as required by law.
Virginia Residents — VCDPA
Virginia residents have the right to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. We will respond within 45 days.
Colorado Residents — CPA
Colorado residents have rights similar to Virginia residents under the Colorado Privacy Act, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights.
Connecticut Residents — CTDPA
Connecticut residents have rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights for targeted advertising and data sales.
Utah Residents — UCPA
Utah residents have rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act to access, delete, and port their data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising.

Please include your full name, email address, state of residence, and a description of your request. We will verify your identity before processing any request.
Appeals Process
If we deny your privacy request, you may appeal within 30 days by emailing info@lendnest.us with subject "Privacy Request Appeal". We will respond to appeals within 60 days.
