Term Loans US LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as ("d/b/a") LendNest ("LendNest", "we", "us", or "our") provides a free service for businesses seeking financing. We are compensated by our network of lending partners when a user submits an inquiry and is matched with a lender.
This compensation may influence which lenders appear on our platform, the order in which they are displayed, and the prominence given to certain partners. LendNest does not represent all lenders or loan products available in the marketplace.
We Are Not a Lender
LendNest is a referral and matching service that connects business owners with third-party funding partners and is NOT a lender, bank, credit union, mortgage broker, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, extend credit, or fund any loans. All lending decisions are made solely by individual third-party lending partners.
