*Approximate. A factor rate isn't an interest rate — because most advances are repaid daily over a short term, the true APR is often higher than this estimate. Use it to compare offers, not as an exact quote.

Compare loan offersHow to use this calculator
The term loan calculator uses standard amortization: enter your amount, APR, and term to see the monthly payment and total interest — useful for bank loans, SBA loans, and online term loans. The factor rate calculator is for merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing, which price funding with a factor rate (like 1.2–1.5) instead of an interest rate. Multiply the advance by the factor rate to get your total payback; the difference is your cost.
Why factor rate ≠ APR
A 1.3 factor rate on $50,000 means you repay $65,000 — a $15,000 cost. That can feel modest, but because an MCA is typically repaid through daily payments over just 6–12 months, the effective APR is often far higher than a comparable term loan. Always compare the true annualized cost before you commit. Read the full breakdown →
