LendNest (operated by Term Loans US LLC d/b/a LendNest) is a free referral and matching marketplace for U.S. small business owners seeking funding. We are not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, set rates, or fund loans. Our role is to collect a short funding inquiry from you and connect you with third-party funding partners who may offer financing.
Funding-Inquiry Intake
Our website provides a free, 2-minute online questionnaire that captures the information lenders need to evaluate your business: legal entity type, monthly revenue, time in business, industry, funding amount requested, intended use of funds, ZIP code, and contact details. You can complete this inquiry from any device with no obligation and no hard credit pull.
Lender Matching
After you submit an inquiry, we route your information to one or more vetted funding partners from our network of our network of U.S. business lenders. Lenders independently review your inquiry and may contact you by phone or email with offers. You choose whether to engage with any lender and on what terms.
Inquiry Status & Service Communications
With your consent, LendNest may send you transactional text messages and emails about the inquiry you submitted — for example, confirmations, requests for missing information, and status updates. These messages come from LendNest only. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
What We Don't Do
- We do not originate, underwrite, or fund loans.
- We do not charge fees to the businesses that submit an inquiry.
- We do not run hard credit checks as part of the inquiry.
- We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent for marketing purposes.
